Jennie Lakes Wilderness Area is adjacent to Kings Canyon/Sequoia National Park. The hike to Jennie Lake is a bit strenuous, but the reward is this beautiful Sierra Nevada lake with its mountain background. We hiked this trail in the fall, and the grasses surrounding the lake had a striking yellow color.
