Mount Adams Wilderness area is part of the triangle of volcanoes in southwest Washington's Cascade range. The other two mountains are Mt. Rainer and the infamous Mt. St. Helens. The wilderness is open for hiking from June unitl the rain begins in the fall. Mt. Adams contains wonderful hiking trails and is certainly worth the visit.
