Rockefeller Grove contains the largest contiguous stand of old growth redwoods in northern California. This state park also contains the tallest tree in the world. This wilderness cathedral inspires a feeling of awe that I have experienced no where else in my travels around the world. I always take the time to visit this grove when I am in the neighborhood.
