Russian Gulch State Park is locate just north of the town of Mendocino in northern California. The hike through this coastal canyon is rewarded with a beautiful waterfall at the end of the trail From the coastal inlet at the trailhead, to the second growth redwood forest along the trail, and culminating in the waterfall at the trails end, this hike remains one of my favorites.
